Mirror Trompe l'œil
Petit hthe creative laboratory of the house Hermèsgives a second life to the materials and objects set aside by their workshops, through the creations of designers and the know-how of the house's craftsmen. These creations are presented during ephemeral sales in stores Hermès all over the world or in the shop on rue Sèvres in Paris.
It was when I saw the ghosts of leather pieces cut to size in the Petit h workshop that I came up with the idea of the Mirror Trompe l'œil. Inspired by the moucharabieh, it reflects without revealing everything, the leather object and the mirror becoming one. Here, no frame, no limit to reflection!
