Minimalist and pure, the Strate lamp plays with the full and the empty, the density and the lightness. This lamp is part of an eco-responsible approach to recycling marble scraps that are not used because of slight defects.
The Strate lamp is made of two-tone marble inlay from seven slabs of two different marbles creating a play of contrasting linesEach slab is individually cut and then glued, creating the illusion of a block of marble cut from the mass like a sculpture. The half-moon cutout leaves room for the lighting of the luminaire which can be positioned horizontally or vertically.
