California and Foggy California rugs
My Collections for Toulemonde Bochart combine graphic and uncluttered lines, raw materials, colorful vibrations and traditional weaving techniques, in an artisanal spirit between tradition and modernity. By interpreting in opposite ranges the same drawing, the rug California plays with contrast and profusion of colours in a profuse composition that reflects the effervescence of the West Coast. The carpet Foggy California evokes the diffuse lights of Los Angeles's hills in the subtlety of shades of grey reinforced by the gloss of the vegetable silk.
