With the carpet Osaka, I follow my tour of the world of traditional motifs. I reinterpret the rigor and richness of Japanese graphics, with a faux patchwork of interlaced bands that evoke the obi knots of a kimono.

California. Toulemonde Bochart
The California carpet plays on the contrast and profusion of colours in a rich composition that reflects the effervescence of the West Coast. The Foggy California carpet evokes the diffuse lights of the Los Angeles hills.

William, Ming and Ispahan. Toulemonde Bochart
The William rug, in the theme Arts and craft, is handmade. The carpet Mingreinterprets the motifs of Chinese craftsmanship. The carpet Ispahanintertwines Persian arabesques and coloured lines.

Black boxes. Granville Gallery
I created Boîtes noires (Black Boxes) - a set of 4 boxes with secrets that let themselves be discovered - in memory of the thousand secrets we discovered as children, peering through keyholes or doorways, or lifting the lids of boxes high up on shelves. By sliding his curious eye through the spaces, by plunging his hand into the interstices, it's the inside of the boxes that is revealed, it's part of the secret that appears. The Trompe l'œil mirror was designed by the designer Florence Bourelfor HermèsPetit h. Inspired by the moucharabieh, it reflects without revealing everything, the leather object and the mirror becoming one. Here, no frame, no limit to reflection!

27 rue Jacob. Éditions Les Arènes
A 140 m2 space devoted to the publications of the four publishing houses hosts a bookstore and numerous events, but also the reception of editions located on the floors. The furniture, which I designed as a stack of crates of books, depths and different sizes, arranged along the walls of the floor to the ceiling, is fully modular and adapts to the versatility of the place.

Ma chandelle est morte in 2011: A minimalist archetype of the large traditional chandelier, in an electric version (LED). Les Demoiselle-Jeanne en 2013: the opaque bottles of blown glass are a tribute to the antique amphora. Accessorized with a cap-gauge which allows to know its filling or a cup cap, they are carafe of day or night carafe.
